pear and ginger butterscotch martini


cinnamon sugar
½ a ripe pear, peeled, cored and diced
sprig of mint
a dot of vanilla paste
1 measure each of butterscotch schnapps, vodka, ginger syrup, sugar syrup
juice of 1 lime
1. Run the lime around the rim of the glass and dip it in the cinnamon sugar
2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pear, mint and vanilla
3. Add all the liquid ingredients and 4 cubes of ice to the shaker
4. Shake well before pouring out
